Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare
Now, I can’t say that I dislike Romeo and Juliet or Shakespeare, but every time we talk about Shakespeare it lands back on this play. It’s kind of like the radio when they play a really good song too many times. I don’t blame English professors or high school teachers for putting it into the curriculum, but there are others of Shakespeare that we could use to discuss his writing and style.
